Terms of use

Saglora is a brand owned by ABV Games AB (company registration number 559535-4654, Helsingborg, Sweden) ("we"). You can reach us at info@saglora.com.

In the Report Shop we sell analyses and reports on companies' websites, visibility, customers and competitors. You get a report with findings, evidence and an action plan.

We only sell to companies and organisations. The agreement is an agreement between businesses. Swedish consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts, therefore does not apply. The person who orders confirms that they are authorised to order on behalf of the company.

An enquiry costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We reply with a quote in the form of a scope of work. It sets out what we create, the fixed price and the delivery time. With the quote you get the Preliminary Study, a report with opportunities that costs 0 kr. You may keep it even if you do not order.

The quote is valid for 30 days. The agreement applies from when you approve the quote, through the link in the quote or by replying "Approved" to the email. The agreement consists of the scope of work and these terms. If they say different things, the scope of work applies.

The delivery time is stated in the quote and is counted in working days from your approval. If we are delayed, we tell you as soon as we know and give you a new date. If the delay is significant, you may cancel free of charge.

The report is delivered on a password-protected delivery page. The password comes separately. The delivery page is open for 90 days, so please save the files on your side. For 30 days after delivery you have your own chat with us for questions about the report.

The price is stated in the quote. It is fixed and excludes VAT. We invoice after delivery with payment terms of 30 days. For late payment we charge interest on overdue payments under the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen).

You cancel by emailing us. If you cancel before we have started working, there is no charge. If you cancel later, you pay for the work we have done up to the cancellation, at most the price stated in the quote.

If you find an error in the report, for example a detail that did not match the site at the time of the analysis or a calculation that is wrong, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We correct the error free of charge and send you a new version.

If you make a different assessment from ours, that is not an error in the report. We are happy to explain how we reached our assessment.

The report is a basis for decisions. It describes what we saw at the time of the analysis. It is not legal, financial or technical advice. Findings marked Indication or Assumption should be confirmed before major decisions. Answers from AI services change over time. The measurement shows what they answered when we asked.

You make the decisions and are responsible for them. Our liability for an assignment is limited to the price you have paid for that assignment. We are not liable for indirect losses, for example loss of profit or lost sales. These limitations do not apply if we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence.

We treat what you tell us, your documents and the report as confidential. We only share them with the suppliers we need to deliver the service. They are listed on the Suppliers page. We do not tell anyone that you are a client and never show your results without your written consent.

The quote and the report are built on our method. Please also treat them as confidential, with the exceptions in section 9.

Reports, presentations, action lists and other deliverables from Saglora are protected by copyright and belong to ABV Games AB. This also applies to the method behind them: the questions, the structure, the assessment criteria and the wording.

You may use the deliverable freely within your own business. You may share it with employees, the board, owners and the consultants who help you carry out the actions.

You may not resell or publish the deliverable. Nor may you copy or recreate the method, structure or texts. The deliverable may not be used to develop a similar service or report, in whole or in part, manually or with the help of AI tools. Quotations with a clear reference to Saglora as the source are permitted.

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. It sets out which details we store, how long we keep them and which suppliers we use.

We may update the terms. An approved assignment follows the terms that applied when you approved the quote. The date of the latest change is shown at the top.

Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking to each other, it is decided by the general courts of Sweden.

Pulsen is our business overview service at saglora.com/analys. It is not being developed further at the moment and does not accept new accounts. For those who already have an account, the following applies in addition to sections 7 to 11.

You are responsible for protecting your login. Two-factor authentication (MFA) is required. When you connect a data source, for example Fortnox or Shopify, you give us permission to read data from it in order to show your overview. You can disconnect a source at any time. You are responsible for having the right to connect the account.

You can close your account at any time. Email us if you want us to delete the account and the data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
